2011
  • Achieved a record number of participants trained in a year, training over 12,000 participants from various industries and different walks of life.
  • Had the first joint collaboration with Tropicana Medical Centre in Kuala Lumpur, conducting a Public Forum themed “Cardiac Emergencies”.
  • Launched the Workplace First Aid Ready Award that recognises workplaces’ commitment to ensuring a “first aid ready” environment.
  • Launched the Singapore First Aid Training Centre Corporate Membership program and Member’s Portal.
  •  Accredited by the National Resuscitation Council Singapore to conduct the Basic Cardiac Life Support Instructor Course.
  • Completed the first batch of Advanced Speed Learning System Level 2 facilitators.
  • Initiated the Intravenous Therapy Course using direct guidelines from the Infusion Nurses Society.
  • Held the very first Workplace Safety and Health Seminar at the DBS Auditorium.
  • Accredited by the Ministry of Manpower as a bizSAFE Service Provider for the bizSAFE Level 2 Risk Management Course.

2010
  • Collaborated with SimplyHer Magazine to conduct the first ever first aid workshop for SimplyHer readers.
  • Set the first record in the Singapore Book of Records for the “Most number of people performing CPR at the same time”.
  • Collaborated with the Adventist Home for the Elderly to launch the second public access defibrillator in Toa Payoh East estate.
  • Featured on 938Live morning show, the Living Room with host Pamela Ho.
  • Featured on Primetime Morning Singapore on Channel News Asia teaching viewers basic first aid measures
  • Launched the First Aid Network, the first portal of its kind to incorporate training tools, videos and resources to help first aiders learn and grow.

2009
  • Joint collaboration with Adventist Home for the Elderly to launch the first public access defibrillator at the void deck of the HDB estate.
  • Accredited by the National Resuscitation Council to conduct the CPR+AED Instructor Course.
  • Published the My True Hero: Real First Aid for the Real World book, the first fully illustrated first aid book published locally.
  • Released the very first free CPR iPhone application from Singapore: the My True Hero First Aid Device – an app which provides realtime coaching in a cardiac arrest situation.
  • Launched the second in series of the My True Hero courses – My True Hero II: Emergency Crisis Management Level 2.
  • Launched the My True Hero: Emergency Crisis Management 101 Program – the first program of its kind to help participants learn how to deal with intense emergency situations effectively.
  • Was appointed as First Aid Training Provider for the Singapore Police Force
  • Set up the first Singapore First Aid Training Centre Headquarter in a 5-storey building along Neil Road.

  • Became the first American Heart Association International Training Centre in Singapore and Malaysia for the BLS and ACLS provider and instructor programs.
  • Was appointed as the CPR+AED Training Provider for the Singapore Police Force

2005
  • Became one of the first private training centre to be accredited by the National Resuscitation Council, Singapore to conduct the Basic Cardiac Life Support Course and Automated External Defibrillator Course

2004
  • Attain approval from MCYS to conduct the Standard First Aid Course for child cares.
