With extensive background in emergency pre-hospital care and services, these individuals have been highly trained in the field, and have attended and rendered treatment in thousands of real-life cases involving actual victims in various kinds of emergency scenarios.

The Training Leadership team designs and carries out internal training programs to equip and gear new first aid instructors for their roles as full time trainers or freelance instructors.

The real life experiences, scenarios and examples shared with new trainers are passed on in succession to their students, benefitting thousands of first aiders in the process.

Trainers may also be required to undergo external training - either locally or abroad to meet the training requirements of the courses that they will teach. The gruelling process of training to be an instructor demands a high level of dedication, hard work and persistence, and is definitely not for the weak-hearted.
